This peaceful dwelling is ideal for tourists, curists, workers, or as a stopover on your way, located 15 min from Dax, 35 min from Capbreton and 5 min from Pontonx, where you'll find all the shops you need (supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy...). You can enjoy a large, unoverlooked plot with an open shared swimming pool.
Accommodation: Bedroom with 180x200 bed, the top-of-the-range mattress is new, with a pure down mattress topper for a bed worthy of a grand hotel. This suite has a WC and a private bathroom with bathtub. A comfortable armchair is also available.I also offer packages for curists.The kitchen is also at your disposal, with a fridge dedicated to guests.Garage available for cyclists.
During your stay : I do my utmost to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay.Please note that cleaning, towels, sheets are included in the stay.
Other remarks : One pet is allowed. I myself have a cat and a dog (border collie) who are both very sociable.
